Year-end operations and available capacities for Christmas delivery

We would like to draw your attention to the current congestion of our capacities due to the enormous increase in the number of shipments during this period. For this reason, normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed and some of our services are temporarily completely unavailable. For exact conditions and current delivery options, please contact our dispatch office.

Shipments received from 15.12.2023 onwards will be delivered mainly between the holidays (27.12.2023-5.1.2024) or in the new year (from 8.1.2024).
In the case of contracted eshop customers, the guarantee of at least 1 delivery attempt before Christmas is set for parcels picked up no later than Wednesday 20.12.2023.

GO4 s.r.o. recorded a total of 34 justified complaints in 2022, which represented 0.0075% of the total number of shipments delivered in 2022. The reasons for complaints in 2022 included damage or loss of the shipment (34) and an error in the billing of the shipment (3).

Napísané 13. 04. 2022Courier service GO4 s.r.o. and its subsidiaries Cyklokuriér Švihaj Šuhaj s.r.o., Donášková služba s.r.o. and Rozvoz a donáška s.r.o. recorded 310,490 delivered consignments last year, which represents an increase of more than 11,6% and a total financial turnover of 1.73 mil. €.
GO4 s.r.o. recorded a total of 16 justified complaints in 2020, which represented 0.005% of the total number of shipments delivered in 2021. Compared to 2020, when we recorded 13 justified complaints, there was a slight percentage increase. The reasons for complaints in 2021 included damage or loss of the shipment (13) and an error in the billing of the shipment (3).

GO4 s.r.o. recorded a total of 13 justified complaints in 2020, which represented 0.004% of the total number of shipments delivered in 2020. Compared to 2019, when we recorded 3 justified complaints, there was a percentage increase from 0.001% to 0.004%. The reasons for complaints in 2020 included damage or loss of the shipment and an error in the billing of the shipment.

Delivery rules from 26.10.2020 in connection with coronavirus
Napísané 18. 05. 2021From Monday, October 26, 2020, we are forced to make the following changes in order to protect our employees, senders and recipients of shipments, as well as in accordance with the government guidelines on minimizing personal contacts:
1. Dispatching works on working days from 8:00 to 16:00.
2. We are moving again to the system of contactless delivery:
2.1. Courier does not receive or hand over shipments from hand to hand.
At the same time he is obliged to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters from the sender or recipient. It would be ideal to pick up and drop off shipments outside the building, if possible.
2.2. We ask our customers to suspend the receipt of cash and gastro-ticket payments.
Prefer payment in advance or at least payment by card.
2.3. We suspend the possibility of using reusable packaging for the transport of food.
2.4. The signing of the sender and recipient of the shipment is also temporarily suspended.
These measures also apply to our subsidiaries Cyklokuriér Švihaj Šuhaj, Donášková služba, Rozvoz a deliveryná.

Price adjustment from 1.10.2020
Napísané 18. 05. 2021In connection with the increase in bank fees in recent months, the unbearable traffic situation in Bratislava caused by traffic restrictions, as well as setting the amount of seasonal surcharges for this year on the part of all our subcontractors (international courier services), we publish new price lists of our services that take into account costs.
Specifically, we change the amount of the fee for the cash on delivery service, the prices of urgent shipments to the locations "Bratislava - peripheries" and set the amount of the seasonal surcharge for the period 1.11.-31.12.2020 to 1.00 € / shipment without VAT.

Changes related to coronavirus
Napísané 18. 05. 2021From Monday 16.3.2020 we are forced in the interest of protection of our employees, senders and recipients of shipments, as well as
in accordance with the government guidelines on minimizing personal contacts, proceed with the following changes:
1. The dispatching will operate on working days from 8:00 to 16:00.
From 11.5.2020 we return to the mode 8: 00-17: 00.
2. We are moving to an already verified system of contactless delivery abroad:
2.1. Courier does not receive or hand over shipments from hand to hand.
At the same time he is obliged to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters from the sender or recipient.
It would be ideal to pick up and drop off shipments outside the building, if possible.
2.2. Receipt of cash payments and gastro tickets is suspended.
The possibility of using reusable packaging for the transport of lunches is also suspended.

Unification of price lists GO4 and Švihaj Šuhaj
Napísané 18. 05. 2021We would like to brag that on November 1, 2019, we completed the unification of processes and price lists with our subsidiary Cyklokuriér Švihaj Šuhaj. We are also introducing common acceptance protocols for the delivery of consignments. In 2018, we delivered more than 40% of shipments in Bratislava by bicycle couriers, thus saving the air of the capital by more than 30 tons of emissions.

(hereinafter referred to as GO4 GROUP) recorded a financial turnover of 1.44 mil. in 2017. €, which represents a year-on-year growth of 26%. The go4 MEDICAL, go4 FOOD DELIVERY divisions and, last but not least, a completely new division and a new independent brand e-TAXI contributed to the overall growth of turnover.
The management of GO4 GROUP considers 2017 to be a successful year overall thanks to the move to significantly larger logistics premises at Prievozská 34, the implementation of the April Cycling Festival in Stará Tržnice, the launch of the 1st zero emission taxi service in Bratislava. In the summer, Cyklokuriér Švihaj Šuhaj became a partner of the up! city where their role is to ensure the operation of the rental business. At the end of 2017, GO4 s.r.o. and Hotel Kyjev for the lease of warehouse space, where the project of transhipment of goods for the pedestrian zone will be gradually developed.
By 2018, GO4, in cooperation with Švihaj Šuhaj and other prominent partners, plans to significantly develop the ZEUS (Zero Emission Delivery Services) project, which covers the project of supplying pedestrian zone with trucks, transhipment of pedestrian goods, electric taxis and delivery by electric vans.

Emission-free delivery from the manufacturer to the customer? Yes!
Napísané 18. 05. 2021The courier company GO4 was the first in Slovakia to introduce emission-free delivery into a test operation in January 2017 in combination with a fully electric supply of eNV200 and cargo bikes. As the pilot operation proved successful over a period of several months, the company decided to launch a live operation. From 18.10.2017, GO4 can guarantee its customers, as the only courier service in Slovakia, a completely unique ecological possibility of delivering shipments.

since the launch of the GO4 courier service. During this period of activity, we have gained not only the position of the market leader in city courier services, but also the reputation of the most innovative courier service in Slovakia. We are specialists in the express transport of consignments all over the world, we provide the transport of biological material, we are a postal company and a supplier of most banking institutions with product delivery contracts. At the beginning of 2015, we launched food delivery together with our subsidiary Cyklokuriér Švihaj Šuhaj. Our customers include major international companies such as Accenture, Merck, Nissan, Sony, Volkswagen, as well as major Slovak entities such as the University of Economics in Bratislava, Foxford cafes, the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, the Trend weekly and many others.

Compared to 2013, when we recorded 12 justified complaints, there was a percentage increase from 0.012% to 0.014% in 2014. Evaluation of customer satisfaction through the application

Our couriers are testing electric cars on the streets of Bratislava

From today, our couriers will test Nissan Leaf electric cars in Bratislava and the surrounding area for a month. Our aim is to include as many environmentally friendly vehicles as possible in our fleet in the future. In cooperation with Greenway, we would like to contribute to the protection of the environment not only in Bratislava, but gradually in other cities as well. We believe that courier services can be fast and environmentally friendly at the same time.
GO4 courier - publication of results for 2013
Napísané 05. 05. 2021Courier service GO4, s.r.o. recorded positive economic results in 2013. Financial turnover for courier services reached 0.75 mil. EUR. This result was more than 4% higher than in the previous year. The number of transported express shipments increased slightly. In terms of service quality, we recorded a total of 12 justified complaints, which represented 0.012% of the total number of shipments. Compared to 2012, there was a significant percentage decrease. In the evaluation of the satisfaction of our customers, which we carried out in November 2013, we recorded an excellent result of 1.55. Compared to 2012, when we recorded 20 justified complaints, there was a percentage decrease from 0.02% to 0.012% in 2013. The main reasons for complaints in 2013 included non-compliance with delivery conditions (7 cases), damage or loss shipments (3 cases) and late delivery of the shipment (2 cases).

GO4 courier services in 2013 to grade 1
Napísané 04. 05. 2021In our traditional customer satisfaction survey, we received not only many valuable suggestions and comments from our customers, but also an appreciation of the quality of our services on the 1- (exactly 1.55) mark.
Although the mentioned evaluation is not the very best in the history so far, we perceive the evaluation at this time as an appreciation of our efforts to maintain the highest quality of prices even in the period when a low price is generally preferred.

The Results of GO4, s.r.o. for the year 2012
Napísané 04. 05. 2021Courier service GO4, s.r.o. recorded positive economic results in 2012. Financial turnover in the amount of 0.72 mil. EUR was 9% higher than in the previous year. The number of shipments shipped decreased slightly. More precisely, 95,000, a decrease of 2% compared to 2011.
In terms of service quality, we recorded 20 justified complaints, which led to a slight percentage increase from 0.014% to 0.02% in 2012. The evaluation of the satisfaction of our customers, which we carried out in November 2012, fell above all our expectations. We recorded a historical 1.03.

The GO4 courier is growing
Napísané 04. 05. 2021In March 2013, we moved to new, larger place on Slivková 12. We thus more than doubled the area of our office space and, in particular, we gained significantly better storage and handling options for goods. At the same time, we have added new colleagues to our team who will strengthen our operational and business advice.
We hope that these changes will make our work easier and, in particular, even better courier and logistics services for our customers.

However, what really surprised us was the rating of exactly 1.03. After last year, when we got the best rating so far 1.12, we thought it probably couldn't be better. Napísané 04. 05. 2021GO4 as the largest and Švihaj Šuhaj as the most ecological city-courier service have agreed on mutual cooperation. The main motive is our mutual effort to combine good ideas and positive energy and create even better end products for our customers.
We hope that the new cycling couriers from Švihaj Šuhaj will help us increase the speed and flexibility in the delivery of your shipments in the constantly congesting traffic in Bratislava. At the same time, we perceive this step as a confirmation of our efforts for more environmentally friendly delivery of your shipments.

Record - breaking year 2011 for GO4
Napísané 04. 05. 2021Courier service GO4, s.r.o. recorded several historical successes in 2011. Financial turnover in the amount of more than 0.66 mil. EUR was 22% higher than in the previous year and at the same time the best in the entire history of the company. Likewise, the number of shipments transported reached 97,000, which represents an increase of even 47% compared to 2010.
In the previous year, the most significant for the GO4 results was the significant strengthening of the go4-LOGISTIC and especially go4-MEDICAL divisions, which contributed most significantly to the company's turnover growth. The number of transported shipments increased even in the city courier services segment (27%). From the point of view of the quality of services, we have recorded the lowest number of justified complaints so far.

GO4 courier services in the highest quality
Napísané 04. 05. 2021In the annual customer satisfaction survey, we received the best rating in history this year (mark 1, exactly 1.12). The above evaluation supports our efforts for the highest quality of services as the highest goal of all our employees. We also perceive that this result supports our decision not to participate in a price war for city courier shipments, but to maintain the highest possible quality of our services.
We even received 10% more completed questionnaires this year than in the previous year. We also received several interesting suggestions and comments.

GO4 - special express transport for health and the bank sector
Napísané 04. 05. 2021Since September 2011, the GO4 courier service has been launching the services of new go4 MEDICAL and go4 LOGISTIC divisions for the Czech Republic and Hungary. Thanks to the growth of the two divisions, GO4 expects a growth in financial turnover for 2011 of 20%.
Go4 MEDICAL is a division providing emergency transport services for health sector. In 2011, we acquired the fourth major customer for whom we provide express transport medical services.
Go4 LOGISTIC provides services of especially demanding transport (for example, signing contracts) for customers, especially in the field of financial services and banking. Our customer portfolio includes banks, insurance companies, meal ticket companies, advertising agencies, e-shops,…
GO4 is again a partner of the Zlatý klinec award

Zlatý klinec is a competition of the best creative works of Slovak advertising agencies under the patronage of the Club of Advertising Agencies of Slovakia (KRAS), Art Director’s Club Slovakia (ADC) and the monthly Strategy in Advertising, Marketing and Media (Strategy). GO4 Courier is a postal company
Napísané 13. 04. 2021On 11 March 2011, the GO4 courier service was registered at the Postal Regulatory Office as a postal company with registration number 30. By this step, we thus fulfilled the conditions set by Act no. 507/2011 Coll. on postal services.
GO4 is currently the only city courier service in Slovakia that has fulfilled this statutory obligation.
Courier services are growing again
Napísané 13. 04. 2021In 2010, the GO4 courier service recorded a 13% increase in turnover compared to 2009. The company's financial turnover for the period of 2010 amounted to 0.54 mil. EUR. The number of transported consignments reached 65,000, which represents a year-on-year growth of 11%. The GO4 courier thus recorded the second best results in its history and thus reaffirmed its position as a leader among city courier services in Slovakia. The stabilization on the market and, in particular, the acquisition of several important customers contributed to the growth of turnover and the number of delivered consignments.

Perfect rating of our courier services!

More efficient and environmentally friendly services = better prices
Napísané 13. 04. 2021GO4 COURIER, in an effort to constantly improve the quality of courier services, in connection with the congestion of traffic in the city and in an effort to protect the environment, is introducing delivery by cyclists. Another significant advantage is that the cost of a bicycle courier is incomparably lower than that of couriers on cars, which has allowed us to reduce some prices for our customers. We also lowered the limit on the number of shipments for an additional volume discount of 5%.
In December, you already had the opportunity to meet our first cycling courier. We hope that from the spring you will be able to find other new cycling couriers in our courier team.

Napísané 13. 04. 2021In the regular annual monitoring of the satisfaction of its customers, the GO4 courier service again received a rating at the level of the school mark 1- (exactly 1.39).
The evaluation of customer satisfaction also brought some great new ideas for improvements, which we will try to bring for all our customers in the near future.
