As with all courier services, we charge a fuel surcharge based on key cost items (PHM) prices. The fuel surcharge is determined on the day the shipment is delivered. Fuel surcharge - road transport:

Calculation of fuel surcharge for road transport valid from 1.6.2020: We charge a fuel surcharge to the prices if the average price of diesel reaches at least 1.01 € / liter. In this case, the fuel surcharge is 1% for every € 0.05 started above the stated price. The surcharge is always valid for half of the calendar month, it is announced according to the average weekly price at the Statistical Office on the given day or for the nearest preceding period.
